Yes they can, along with all other awards for Senior Section members
Can you do your Baden-Powell Challenge Award as a Ranger?
No, it is a Guide Award, but there are many awards for Senior Section members like the Chief Guide Challenge
How old do you have to be to become a Senior Section Guider?
18 years old, as with any other section
